About Project:
The Zubair Redevelopment Project offered Visionarx valuable insight into the coordination and delivery of multi-contractor EPC operations across a complex oil and gas infrastructure upgrade. This $840 million initiative centered on increasing production efficiency and capacity in one of Iraq’s most strategic fields.
Ideation and Result:
With numerous EPC contractors (Samsung Engineering, STX, Weatherford, Alstom, Rosco, DSI, and others) working in tandem, this project sharpened Visionarx’s competence in contractor interface management, construction sequencing, and systems commissioning. Key takeaways include: * Deepened ability to navigate large-scale lump-sum turnkey execution * Experience managing multi-vendor equipment integration (compressors, pumps, CMMS, modular units) * Enhanced understanding of field development in challenging logistics and regulatory conditions * This project solidified Visionarx’s readiness to support end-to-end oilfield redevelopment.
