Experience from Meydan One contributed significantly to Visionarx’s capability in navigating the complexities of multi-use mega developments. It deepened our understanding of how to integrate large-scale infrastructure with indoor climate-controlled environments, immersive entertainment features, and ambitious urban design. The project refined our ability to translate visionary architecture into construction. Key project features: * World’s Longest Indoor Ski Slope: A 1.2 km climate-controlled ski facility, nearly twice the length of the current global record holder * Meydan Arena: A 25,000 m² multi-purpose venue seating 8,000 spectators, surrounded by sports zones, bike trails, and skate parks * Meydan One Mall: Featuring over 600 shops, 100+ restaurants, a 21-screen cinema, and a 150 x 80 m retractable roof for open-air shopping in winter months * Crystal Lagoon & Beach: A 300 m beach on an 8.2 km lagoon offering swimming, kayaking, and paddleboarding, with a direct link to a water park and 14 km boardwalk * Dancing Fountains & Civic Plaza: A 420 m-long fountain with light, laser, and digital screen choreography, set within a 60,000-person event plaza with a floating stage * Meydan Canal & Marina: A 4 km canal with a 100-berth marina and yacht club, potentially connecting to Dubai Creek via Business Bay * Meydan One Tower: A 711 m residential skyscraper, the tallest of its kind in the world, anchoring the skyline
