About Project:
Expansion and modernization of the existing MARS production facility to increase capacity, improve logistics efficiency, and upgrade safety and operational infrastructure.
Ideation and Result:
* Construction of new production halls and logistics areas * Structural modification of existing factory zones * Installation of new steel structures (e.g., mezzanine platforms, pipe racks) * Coordination of dismantling and rebuilding works in operational zones * Tower crane and mobile crane operations within tight logistics zones * Integration of new floor slab systems and coatings (including in hygiene-critical areas) * Safety net installations, temporary edge protections, and working at height measures * Interface management with factory operations and other contractors * Critical access coordination and scheduling with plant logistics team * Strict adherence to MARS safety procedures, TRA/JSEA approvals, and work permits
