About Project:
Visionarx builds on hands-on experience from The Galleries project in Downtown Jebel Ali — a large-scale, integrated development consisting of four 15-story A-grade office towers and four 26-story residential buildings.
Ideation and Result:
The project involved over 131,000 m² of premium commercial space and 96,000 m² of residential area housing 600+ high-rise apartments. A signature architectural feature is the horizontally unified façade connecting the office towers through glass and metal, creating a striking and cohesive presence. The development also integrated retail, landscaped public realms, and leisure zones including shaded walkways, gardens, and a 300-seat amphitheater — delivering both function and lifestyle in a high-density setting. This project sharpened Visionarx’s capacity to deliver complex phased builds, manage multi-disciplinary scopes, and coordinate high-performance façade engineering, while working within the framework of integrated urban planning.
