About Project:
Visionarx contributes valuable expertise from the transformation of Cargill’s Krefeld site — a complex $200 million conversion of an existing corn-based production facility into a state-of-the-art wheat processing plant.
Ideation and Result:
Visionarx gained deep insight into process facility transformation, energy-efficient plant modernization, and logistics-aware construction delivery — all essential for serving clients in the food, biotech, and industrial sectors across Europe. The scope included: * Structural and process adaptation for new wheat-based production lines * Integration of sustainable systems, including combined heat and power (CHP) and waste heat recovery * Upgrades to energy and water efficiency, aligning with modern environmental standards * Coordination of safety-critical works during live plant operations * Civil, MEP, and utility infrastructure enhancements
