About Project:
Located on a 20,400 m² plot in the heart of Dubai’s DIFC, Burj Daman is a AED 1.6 billion mixed-use development. Featuring 5-star hotel, 274 luxury apartments, and 63,100 m² of premium Grade A office space. Hotel offers 251 rooms. The 15-storey office tower features column-free floors of approximately 4,650 m² each. The complex provides 2,360 parking spaces, including an automated stacking system for 876 vehicles to ensure quick and efficient parking.
Ideation and Result:
Visionarx brings forward the expertise gained from leading the construction of the hotel tower at Burj Daman, a landmark mixed-use development in Dubai’s DIFC. The project included the delivery of the 5-star hotel, with 251 luxury rooms, fine dining venues, a rooftop spa, and a business centre. Managing this section involved the integration of complex structural, MEP, and façade systems under high-end quality standards. This experience has sharpened Visionarx’s capability in delivering hospitality-driven projects where precision, coordination, and architectural detail are critical.
